Can you be more specific as to what build of Safari 4 you're running? I can't reproduce it on Safari 4.0.3 on OSX (10.5.8)

4.0.3 build 5531.9 on OSX 10.5.latest. For me it looks fine as the page is loading, it doesn't show broken until the top menus load.
Also, I checked with Web

Also, I checked with Web Inspector and it is #navbar's height of 55px that's causing the problem.
