Three positive things, day thirty six

Finally getting back to finishing writing on the day the fun happened. Doh!

The first positive thing today was my annual review at work. It went rather well, other than the fire alarm that caused an impromptu ten minute recess. ;-) More news soon. Or something.

The second positive thing was Kian finally starting to use a name for our 8yo rather than using the same word he uses for our 11yo. While he isn't quite able to say the word "Liam", saying "Yum" at least helps us understand who he's referring to. And it's funny hearing him say it :)

Three positive things, day forty six

That was a fairly average Saturday.

The first positive thing was receiving an awesome picture from my #awesomewife of the three kids playing at a park, which has become my new desktop picture.

The second positive thing was fixing a bunch more things in a Drupal plugin for interacting with Twitter; I'll be releasing the full update in a day or two.

Tuesday is my ... Tuesday?

The first positive thing was starting to sit on an exercise ball instead of a chair to help with my posture. It went pretty well, except for when Kian went rolling off with it - I said something like "Kian, please put the ball back at my desk" to which he responded - "no, baby ball." :-D Well, I laughed anyway.

Three positive things, day fifty

So that was another Wednesday.

The first positive thing was getting to our local monthly Drupal group again. We had a nice turnout today - seven attendees (might have been eight, only I forgot to tell someone).

The second positive thing was Kian picking up two Lego Duplo cows and saying "two cow"! Not "I have cows", specifically "two cows" :-) I thought that was pretty cool.

The third positive thing was... this is the fiftieth post in this series! Woohoo! Lets roll on to 100!

We had a pretty good Saturday.

The first positive thing was Kian running over to me and saying "Daddy, I have a neen na-neen!" - I have a green dragon. While we haven't been pushing him to learn colors, it's neat that he's picking them up on his own.

The second positive thing was getting a really great picture from #awesomewife of all three kids together, with all three of them smiling and not pulling silly faces :) I've set it up as my laptop's desktop pic and will probably see about framing it, it's that good!

Hello Monday!

The first positive thing was taking our car in because the TPMS was giving warnings when driving on highways, only for them to say that it looked like it was misfiring from the tires being soft. Fingers crossed.

The second positive thing was doing some more Drupal training with #awesomewife. She's slowly but surely improving the content for her site, and started having our kids help with it.
